Perpetual Motion Training is a boutique independent personal training company focused on helping clients achieve appreciation for the human body and reach specific fitness goals through highly personalized training and coaching. We train for: activation, longevity, quality of life and perfection of movement


Personal Training

Time and intensity of each session is uniquely designed for you, i.e. training for your specific objective. With integrated, full-body movements that are transferable to daily life, the workout develops gradually from a simple to a more complex form as you do

Small Group Training

Sessions designed for between 2 - 5 people. Individualized and specific to each person's abilities and preferences. 

Group Exercise

Workouts designed for groups of 5 or more. Individuals monitored and queued during session to ensure safety, proper movement and progression.
